I photographed this renovated loft in the neighborhood of Tribeca, in New York City, for the architect Rodrigo Zamora. This was an interesting challenge as the architect and construction teams opened up the loft and created new spaces and rooms while using pop-colors picked by the client to bring the space to life. Removing the false ceilings and opening up the kitchen was key to transforming this Manhattan apartment. The interior photography challenge was illustrating the transformed space while ensuring accurate colors. The yellow and pink pop-colors created tricky color-casts on other surfaces I had to take into consideration. Through a combination of in-camera and editing techniques, I was able to deliver perfectly color-calibrated images that truly show-off this new Manhattan apartment.
